Dawn Sunrise Energy

Clichés “Early Bird Catches The Worm” & “Early Risers Get More Done” validate the consensus watching the sunrise at dawn enhances both physical and mental wellbeing!
Countless studies and numerous prominent examples endorse the fact that early risers are more successful in their professional lives: employees are more disciplined, active, and capable of achieving at a higher level of productivity along with a better sense of responsibility!
The Circadian Rhythm is the 24hour rhythm for every cell within us, it takes our body through a temperature cycle of low to high then back down to low again, This rhythm also orchestrates our feelings of sleepiness and wakefulness, we tend to be sleepy as our temperature is reducing and more awake when our temperature is rising,
Our cells, organs, our wakefulness, body temperature, metabolism and our immune system along with even our moods are all tethered to this 24hr outside light-dark cycle we just think of as day and night!
The perfect day and night from a Circadian Sleep-Wakefulness standpoint is to get as much light (ideally sunlight) into your eyes early when you want to be awake and alert!
Then as night comes on you want very little light into your eyes in order to become drowsy and fall asleep,
This and other great info about how we interact with our world can be heard on Huberman Lab podcasts narrated by Andrew Huberman a neuroscientist and tenured professor in the Department of Neurobiology at the Stanford University School of Medicine.
