Cardio Fitness Boxing Training
CARDIO, also called aerobic exercise raises your heart rate!
Some people just use it for weight loss however it’s got many benefits.

What sets cardio apart from other types of exercise – such as strength training – is that it relies on your body’s ability to breath well enough to oxygenate your blood for a workout.

There are very few activities you can do for a short period of time that have all of the physical and mental health benefits that cardio does!

First you need to choose the right cardio workout for yourself, activities you enjoy are best.
Think about what fits your personality and what you’d feel comfortable fitting into your life, that way you’re likely to stick with it.

In this video Shirin and I demonstrate a simple to teach cardio fitness boxing format that we often include in training sessions, guzzFit offers a “FREE” Trial fitness training session to build rapport and know what to include in future training sessions!
